Why CCNA Care Was Created
CCNA Care was created in response to two challenges we saw every day: healthcare facilities struggling with workforce shortages, and people living with disability struggling to find consistent, quality support.
We saw that these two problems shared one solution. The same skilled, compassionate professionals that facilities need are the people who can deliver safe, person-centred support to those living with disability. So we built one organisation to do both.
Our vision is to connect healthcare staffing and community support under one trusted care umbrella — so facilities get reliable staff, professionals get rewarding work, and people living with disability get the consistent, dignified care they deserve.
